Beauty will always be in the eyes of the beholder, but the title of "World's Most Beautiful Animal" is often given to the irridescent Sunset Moth (Urania ripheus) of the Malagasy Republic. The bird of paradise, the peacock, the hummingbird and certain irridescent fish and beetles all contenders in this pageant. But when the decision would be left to entomologists, the prize would certainly go to a bee, a beetle or a butterfly!
